We only collect data necessary for the game to function:

3. Children's Data
- We do not create profiles or accounts for children.
- Selfies are approved by the game administrator (typically a parent or educator) before use.
- Parents and educators have full control over game settings.
- Children can always use avatars instead of selfies.
4. Storage and Sharing
- All game data (selfies, names, voice recordings) is automatically deleted when the game closes.
- We do not share data with third parties. No analytics, no advertising.
- Servers run in EU region (Fly.io Amsterdam).
5. Your GDPR Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing
You can delete your data at any time by using "Reset data" in the game, or by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We only use functional session cookies to keep you logged into your game. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.
7. For Institutions
- Legal basis: consent (parents approve usage).
- Institution mode: camera is disabled, only avatars are used.
- Game data is automatically deleted at game end – no permanent storage.
- Hosted in EU (Fly.io Amsterdam) with encryption in transit.
